Under LISTEN, you can create reports to discover niche influencers ( e.g. peach hair influencers) or the top influencers of a specific trend ( e.g. #mattelipstick), monitor competitors' influencers (e.g. #competitor_ambassador), find organic influencers of your brand etc.

Simply add your hashtags separated by comma in the HASHTAG field.

We suggest you to avoid including large hashtags such as #makeup or #beauty as you will be creating a report containing a lot of noise such as spam accounts and generic accounts which re-share anything related to beauty or makeup. Be specific and local with your hashtags to get the best results.

When you add more than one hashtag, the system will listen to any post that contains at least one of those hashtags. In other words, if you add #peachhair and #mattelipstick, posts containing at least one of them will be collected.

E.G.:
The following posts will be collected:

  1. #peachhair
  2. #mattelipstick
  3. #peachhair #mattelipstick

Nevertheless, if you wish to see only posts containing both, you need to add the second hashtag in the FILTER BY HASHTAG.

In fact, FILTER BY HASHTAG further filters the posts containing the # inserted in the
HASHTAGS
field. The system will only include posts that have at least one of the hashtags inserted in the HASHTAG field and at least one of the hashtags specified in FILTER BY HASHTAGS.

E.G.:
If you have inserted # peachhair, #mattelipstick in the HASHTAGS field and #ad, #competitor_ambassador in the FILTER BY HASHTAG field, the following posts will be collected:

  1. #peachhair #ad
  2. #peachhair #competitor_ambassador
  3. #peachhair #ad #competitor_ambassador
  4. #peachhair #mattelipstick #ad #competitor_ambassador
  5. #peachhair #mattelipstick #ad
  6. #peachhair #mattelipstick #competitor_ambassador
  7. #mattelipstick #ad
  8. #mattelipstick #competitor_ambassador
  9. #mattelipstick #ad #competitor_ambassador
